Bedside Cabinet
With the head board and cheval mirror, this forms part of a commission from
a client in the south of France.
This suite of furniture is based on Mackintosh's
design. A heart shaped carving, taken from Mackintosh's Main Street Table
design, was carved out, forming the drawer handle.
The cabinet door panel
and gable panels were inspired by details in Mackintosh's 'Chelsea' sideboard.
